How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
Standard & Express Courier
- After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
Please note: Once returned to our warehouse, parcels cannot be redelivered. These orders will be considered returns and refunded in the form of store credit only.
Can I change my delivery information?
Once your order has been placed, delivery details cannot be amended directly. However, we’ll do our best to help!
- Please contact us as soon as possible.
- Shipping delays may occur if changes are requested.
- If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to retrieve it from our delivery partners.
