Cliché Shop Return Policy

We value your support as a small business, and we aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item received is defective, or
• The wrong size/product was sent by us.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.
• You must request a return within 14 working days from the date you receive your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs (both local & overseas).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost parcels.

Local Returns (Singapore)

Ship the item back to our Singapore return address (provided upon approval).

Overseas Returns (Asia/International)

Ship the item back to our designated return address in Singapore.

Shipping fees are to be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, accessories, swimwear, and items damaged by misuse cannot be returned.

No refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, G Pay, or Shop Pay). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
